Vegetable Soup
Pressure cook 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cabbage, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 cup beans, 1 cup peas, and 1 cup beetroot with some salt. Let them cool and blend into a puree. Heat 1 tsp oil and some garlic cloves, add the puree, adjust salt, pepper, and cook with 2 tbsp slurry of corn flour. Bring it to a boil, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
