Mallika Khanna has been working from her home in Delhi ever since the pandemic hit about a year and a half ago. "I'm on my laptop the whole day and tend to feel hungry. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, while in office, I wouldn't think twice about what I was eating. But now that I'm at home, I'm more conscious of what I eat," she says.
Sameer Talwar, from Gurgaon, says he is snacking much more ever since the pandemic began. "I like to take breaks while working (from home), and I end up eating," he says.
