To make this quick snack, take a bowl and mash 2-3 boiled potatoes, add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt and a pinch of baking soda. Make a smooth dough with crushed oats. Next, make small balls and make a cavity, fill in some grated cheese.
