A Quick & Easy Rainbow Sandwichrainbowsandwich

This rainbow sandwich is the easiest snack to whip up for a picnic if you’re running out of time. Top this with the fact that it is an oh-so-colourful and quadruple-layered sandwich that gives you all the delish and extravagant vibes of a high tea.

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup mint chutney
  • Half a cup tomato ketchup
  • Half a cup mayonnaise
  • Half a cup of grated beetroot
  • Bread slices
  • 1 sliced cucumber 
  • 1 sliced tomato

DIY Recipe:

  • Each sandwich has four slices. Spread the mint chutney on one side of the bread.
  • Now layer it up with cucumbers on the side that the mint chutney is spread.
  • Spread mint chutney on another slice, now spread beetroot on the side that doesn’t have mint chutney on it.
  • Add a plain bread on the beetroot side and spread mayonnaise on top.
  • On the last slice, spread a mix of mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and place it on the top of the mayonnaise side.
  • Add tomatoes on the ketchup side and spread some ketchup on one side of the last slice.
  • And we’re done, the rainbow sandwich is ready!

DIY Corn Dogs At Homecorndog

These DIY corn dogs are everything your heart and tummy will want to snack on during your sunny Sunday picnic.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken sausage
  • Half a cup maida
  • One and a half cup maize flour
  • One cup besan
  • One tablespoon sugar
  • One tablespoon salt
  • One teaspoon baking powder
  • Two cups buttermilk
  • One egg
  • Two tablespoons oil
  • One tablespoon honey

DIY Recipe:

  • Mix and combine all the ingredients and add to the flour.
  • Now, dip the chicken sausage in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until cooked to perfection! Voila, your delish corn dogs are ready!
