By Daphne Clarance: Chaat cravings are quite a natural phenomenon for the foodie at heart. Weddings, birthday parties, street food lanes and market corners become perfect places for chaat lovers to immerse their taste buds in soft, fluffy, crunchy, sweet and savoury snacks to satisfy their soul.

But most of the time, many snacks aren't prepared in a healthy way. Fashion designer Masaba Gupta, who is also a fitness enthusiast, took to Instagram Story on Sunday (April 9) and shared a picture of her Sunday snack - a delicious bowl of chaat.

What was in it? Masaba was kind enough to share the ingredients with her Insta fam and called it a "bomb" as it was both healthy and flavourful.

Ingredients that were in Masaba's healthy chaat: sweet potato, makhana (fox nuts), peanuts, pomegranates, yoghurt, roasted jeera powder, mint chutney and red chilli powder.
