This healthy mix of nuts, seeds and dry fruits is not only a delight for the palate, but is also great for health. Made by heating 1 tsp oil along with a dash of cinnamon, dry mango powder, red chili powder, salt and pepper, then add the assorted nuts, seeds and dry fruits to the oil, toss it up and enjoy.
