Ingredients:

- 2 cups thick yogurt (strained)

3. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.

4. Shape the mixture into small, round kebabs.

- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder

- Salt to taste

- 1 tablespoon of mustard oil

- Lemon juice from half a lemon

- Skewers for grilling

- Onion and bell pepper chunks (optional, for skewering)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine hung curd, achari masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, mustard oil, and lemon juice.

2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. If you're using onion and bell pepper, thread them onto skewers alternately with the marinated paneer cubes.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan. Grill the skewers until the paneer is charred and cooked through, turning them occasionally.

5. Serve the achari paneer tikka hot with mint chutney.
